XSI-Wiki:Cleanup
The cleanup section is a place where articles with problems (grammatically flawed, poorly formatted, confusing, etc.) can be listed. Any user can fix or list articles here.
If you have found a page that needs attention, you are encouraged to edit the page yourself to fix the problem. If for some reason you don't have the time or expertise to fix the problems yourself, you can request the attention of other editors as follows:
- Check the other sections to make sure that there is not a more appropriate place to list the article.
- Add the
{{cleanup}}tag to the article or its talk page to indicate that the article requires or is in the process of being cleaned up. - Add a link to the article on this page.
- Explain what needs to be done in a brief but specific manner on this page (and in the article's talk page if needed).
- If you are doing the edit, sign your name, date and time by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ )
- If you are requesting an edit, add (needs editor) following the listing.
- When the edit is completed, strike out the listing by enclosing it within <strike></strike>.
- Remove the cleanup tag from the article itself.
