SPM FATAL ERROR - keylevel already used up

Solution

Click Rename Key Database and then try again to install your license.

Comments

The keylevel is a number that is incremented each time we issue a new license.

For example, if the keylevel of your 6.0 license is 122, then the keylevel of your 6.5 license will be 123.

When you get the keylevel already used up, either the keylevel was not set properly when the license was generated, or the license is the same license you already have installed.

When you install a license, it will list the contents of the license database. That will tell you whether you got the same license you already had installed.
