SPM FATAL ERROR - Unrecoverable application error

If you get this error when you try to generate a request or list keys, your license database is probably corrupt.

Solution

  1. Click Rename Key Database.
  2. Reinstall your license key:
    1. Click Install Keys.
    2. In the Key Files dialog box, locate your .keys file, click it, and click Open.
  3. Close the Manage License Keys dialog box.
  4. Click Start Server.
