Rendering a sequence on different machines causes inconsistent hair renders when dynamics applied on hair

Symptom
Hair is created and modified on geometry. Dynamics are applied to the hair .The geometry is been animated.
While rendering different parts of the sequence on separate machines, one notices a difference in the hair rendered across the various machines.
Cause
This is due to bug#:96367-hair renders not consistent.
Solution
Freeze the Hair operator befor applying dynamics. Select the hair operator and from the 'main control panel', freeze the operator. Then re-apply dynamics. The hair renders should now be consistent across all machines.
