Playback in loop mode unexpectedly stops

Symptom

Looping suddenly stops while playing back your animation with Loop enabled.

Cause

This behaviour is a known bug: XSI 64197: XSI - Load a scene and playback (loop): playback stops...

Solution

Use the following workaround:

  • In the Playback Options dialogue, set the Looping Out frame to one frame less than the Timing Out frame.
