Optimal settings for fast update of render region

Summary
Here is a recipe for optimizing the tiling speed of the Render Region.

Steps
- From the Render toolbar, open the Render>Options property page.
- In the Aliasing tab, keep the default Sampling and Filtering settings.
- Access the Optimization tab and edit the settings as follows:

If an object is positioned significantly closer than usual to the Camera's Near Plane, change the Render Tile Size's default Automatic setting to a larger resolution, such as 64X64.
- In the Shadows tab, disable the Shadow Map option (i.e. uncheck Enable) and close the Render Options Property Page.
- Again from the Render toolset, disable the Auto Refresh option found in the Region drop-down menu.
- Click on the Refresh button to update the Render region at any time.
