Steps

  1. From the Render toolbar, open the Render>Options property page.
  2. In the Aliasing tab, keep the default Sampling and Filtering settings.
  3. Access the Optimization tab and edit the settings as follows:

    <TBODY> </TBODY>
    Render Mode Raytracing: disabled
Acceleration Method Grid Grid Size = 10
    Face Front
    Render Tile Size 64X64

    <TBODY> </TBODY>
    Tip
If an object is positioned significantly closer than usual to the Camera's Near Plane, change the Render Tile Size's default Automatic setting to a larger resolution, such as 64X64.

  4. In the Shadows tab, disable the Shadow Map option (i.e. uncheck Enable) and close the Render Options Property Page.
  5. Again from the Render toolset, disable the Auto Refresh option found in the Region drop-down menu.
  6. Click on the Refresh button to update the Render region at any time.
