Starting and Stopping the License Server
To start the SPM license server
In a command prompt, run this command:
net start spmd
To stop the SPM license server
In a command prompt, run this command:
net stop spmd
You can also use the full name of the license server service:
net stop "SPM License Server" net start "SPM License Server"

Resetting the Dongle Time
To reset the dongle time:
Open a command prompt and run these commands:
cd C:\Windows\System32\spm spm_keyib.exe -F1 -t
The spm_keyib command lists your license keys (-t) and resets the dongle time (-F1).
