Keyboard navigation indicators are missing in xsi underlines in menus

Symptom

Keyboard navigation indicators are missing in XSI (underlines in menus).

Cause

The Display settings in Windows 2000 are set to "Hide keyboard navigation indicators until I use the Alt key".

Solution

In the Display properties (Control Panel), select the Effects tab and uncheck the "Hide keyboard navigation indicators until I use the Alt key" option.
