Databasedir.rsrc file

Question I had all these databases listed in my DatabaseDir.rsrc file. When I load scenes from those databases into SOFTIMAGE|XSI with File > Import SI|3D Scene/Model, it would be nice if it could remember the paths to those databases. Can XSI read the DatabaseDir.rsrc?

Answer

Yes. In the SI|3D Import browser, click on the Path button, next to the path field. It will list all the databases included in the DatabaseDir.rsrc.
